Current fellowships

Michael Hawker AM Distinguished Fellowship in Entrepreneurship

The Michael Hawker AM Fellowship supports a leader in the field of Entrepreneurship, who will lead, train and mentor health researchers and partners to develop innovative healthcare solutions that address unmet health needs, particularly for people living in underserved communities.

Dr John Yu AC Fellowship

The Dr John Yu AC Fellowship Program will award fellowships to the most promising young health researchers from Asia. John Yu Fellows will display strong leadership qualities, with a passion for solving the unmet health needs, particularly for people living in underserved communities.

Elsa Atkin AM Fellowship

The Elsa Atkin AM Fellowship supports a talented senior female researcher who is undertaking research and policy work in women’s health. In addition to undertaking innovative research in women’s health, the Elsa Atkin Fellow will mentor the next generation of talented female researchers.

Professor John Chalmers AC Awards

The annual Professor John Chalmers AC Awards recognise the research excellence of our early career researchers. There are two peer-nominated Awards – Doctoral and Post-Doctoral – which are selected on the basis of published research.
