Strengthening health systems through the use of process evaluations of complex interventions
This PhD research project seeks to develop, test and refine a framework for conducting process evaluations of primary health care interventions for Indigenous communities in Australia and disadvantaged populations in low and middle income countries (LMIC).
This body of work includes:
- a systematic review of process evaluations
- case studies of process evaluations of 2 clinical trials (ATTEND and Kanyini GAP)
- and qualitative studies exploring barriers to the translation of evidence into policy and practice.
